Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, Heckenliable be acting Mayor, !ekkenIia'o1e <br />abstained, all the rest in favor. <br />2. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, the Circulating; Pines be named the <br />official newspaper. Hekkenliable,a.nd Heuer No, Ca rried. <br />3. Motion by Heuer, second by Domning, that Heckenli -ble end. Speiser, be named <br />Health Officers. Cerried. <br />L. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Ed Houle be named Weed. Inspector. <br />Cerried. <br />Clerk Heuer is to contact the Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. to install a 4 party <br />phone in the Village Hall. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, the Parks & Playground Board will remain the <br />same as last gear. Carried. <br />Motion by Eacklin, second by Speiser, to ..)ublish a notice in the newspaper for a Special <br />Meeting to be held on Friday 3anuery 31, 1764, at 7:30.
