Audit Bills; Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on March 9, 19 %4 Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clerk Hauer was absent. Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, they be accepted as read. Carried. Mr. Backlin, reports about the easement on Sunrise Avenue, Church has the property, and would like the tree's to stay. No dirt to be hauled at present. He also stated that the windows and battry have been installed in the truck. Mayor Downing, reported that Marshan Lane was rejected as a Tillage road last fall and the road users should hake the best of it until after the Super Highway goes thru. Mr. Speiser, reported on the naming of the Tillage Parks, prizes of $5.00 for the name of each Park. Shoreview has been contacted on bingo games and on the fee. Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to purchase a front end loader for the tractor. Mayor Domning, suggested a new industrial type loader. Carried. Park Board Meeting to be held at the Lovell Library 7:30 PM, March 19, 1964, regarding recreational summer program. Mayor Domning, reported on the Recreation Program and he recommended this program highly' Mr. Heckenliable, reports on a letter from Wonderlich, in regards to a kennel for 70 dogs, there is no kennel Ordinance, Mr. Babcock, said that no special Ordinance is needed, but a Special Use Permit will be required. Mr. Wonderlich was asked to attend a Special Meeting by Mr. Heckenliable, in regards to commercial operation and change of zoning. Mr. Backlin's motion to paint the tank and to get the supplies in order, was seconded by Mr. Speiser. Carried. Mayor Domning, appointed Arnold Melling, in charge of the Civic Betterment Spic Span group. Mr. Heckenliable, brought up a former proposal to purchase a gopher machine with Columbus. Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to approve the liquor license for Edward E. Cegla for issuance April 1st subject to insurance, bond and fee to Clerk. Carred.
