He al . epor that he has been appointed Junvenile Officer <br />for Lino Lakes. <br />Mayor Domning,. repor • on a meeting with t outh Center. He also announced the Park <br />Board meeting o ebruary 27, 1964, at the Pillage 1, the D. F. L. caucus on March <br />3, at the age Hall and the East Lake D. F. L. Club '. - ing on March 6, 1964, also <br />at the ctiilage Hall. <br />Audit Bills; <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on March 9, 19 %4 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clerk Hauer was absent. <br />Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Heckenliable, second by <br />Backlin, they be accepted as read. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, reports about the easement on Sunrise Avenue, Church has the property, <br />and would like the tree's to stay. No dirt to be hauled at present. He also stated <br />that the windows and battry have been installed in the truck. <br />Mayor Downing, reported that Marshan Lane was rejected as a Tillage road last fall and <br />the road users should hake the best of it until after the Super Highway goes thru. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported on the naming of the Tillage Parks, prizes of $5.00 for the name <br />of each Park. Shoreview has been contacted on bingo games and on the fee. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to purchase a front end loader for the tractor. <br />Mayor Domning, suggested a new industrial type loader. Carried. <br />Park Board Meeting to be held at the Lovell Library 7:30 PM, March 19, 1964, regarding <br />recreational summer program. Mayor Domning, reported on the Recreation Program and he <br />recommended this program highly' <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reports on a letter from Wonderlich, in regards to a kennel for 70 <br />dogs, there is no kennel Ordinance, Mr. Babcock, said that no special Ordinance is <br />needed, but a Special Use Permit will be required. Mr. Wonderlich was asked to attend <br />a Special Meeting by Mr. Heckenliable, in regards to commercial operation and change of <br />zoning. <br />Mr. Backlin's motion to paint the tank and to get the supplies in order, was seconded <br />by Mr. Speiser. Carried. <br />Mayor Domning, appointed Arnold Melling, in charge of the Civic Betterment Spic Span <br />group. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, brought up a former proposal to purchase a gopher machine with <br />Columbus. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to approve the liquor license for Edward E. Cegla <br />for issuance April 1st subject to insurance, bond and fee to Clerk. Carred. <br />
