Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to pay bills, Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to adjourn meeting. Carried. <br />Clerk <br />Minutes approved June 22, 1964 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on June 22, 1964 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee1s Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clerk Hauer. <br />. Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heckenliable, second by ; <br />Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carriid. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to approve the license application of the <br />following: On & Off Sale 3.2 for Gilbert St. Sauver, On & Off Sale 3.2 with dancing <br />and set ups for Richard Le Tendre, and Off Sale Liiuor for Edward Cegia. Carried. <br />The Board of Review will meet at the Village Hall on June 23, 1964 at 7 :30 PM. <br />Turn the Map from the Northwestern Jw. Telephone Co. over to the Engineer and send a <br />note that this is referred to the Engineer and not to bury the cable until we have been <br />notified. <br />The Attorney, asked if the urrent insurance was adequate. <br />Mr. Backlin, reports that the road work is coming along fine and that they have <br />graveled Holly and. ware Roads. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Downing, that the Engineer is to work with the men grading <br />and also put up a stop sign on 4th Avenue. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second. by Speiser, that Mr. Backlin, is to work with the Engineer to <br />draft a letter to send to Washington D. C. about a service road from Otter Lake Road to <br />gravel pit on the Kest side of 35 East. Carried. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports that John Peterson hauled 10 loads of clay to ball park. We still <br />need about 5 or 6 loads of gravel for the drive. Also that the Clerk should run and ad <br />in the newspaper for the cutting of lots in Lakeview Addition. He also reported that <br />they need a pump for the park. The Park Board Meeting will be held on June 23, 1964. <br />Motion by Baeklin, second by Speiser, to get paint from John Juleen and paint the <br />garbage barrels at the Pakk. Carried. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reported that he participated in the ground breaking of the Bank <br />in Lexington and also that he had attended the Chamber of Commerce Meeting in Circle <br />Lex. <br />The Council will rpovide one map of the rezonning for the Hall and one of the them <br />for the Planning Board. <br />Motion by Hedkenliable, second by Domning, to have the Engineer get maps of the Pillage <br />for the Planning Board and the Council use. Carrid. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second. by Backlin, to have the Attorney and the Engineer draw <br />up an Ordinance on Trailer Homes. Carried. <br />
