Carried. <br />Domning, to approve the On & Off Sale Liquor <br />at the Apple Inn. -Bauer abstain, Carried. <br />61 <br />Backlin, to approve Bingo for the Lino Lakes Park Asso., <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Backlin, to adjourn the meeting. Carried. <br />Clerk <br />Minutes approved July 13, 1964 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on July 13, 1964 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clerk Hauer. <br />Minutes ofthe preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Speiser, and seconded by <br />Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. <br />The Planning Board Meeting is to be held on July 15, 1964. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to send a letter to the Engineer concerning <br />35 E. Carri &. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to O.E. Bell Telephone Company to bury the cable on <br />North Road and Sunset. Carried. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports, that he asked the Building Inspector aout the fee for remodeling <br />on a farm. He also stated that the grass has been cut at the Pakkks and that the gravel <br />has been but on the road. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to give permission to sell beer at the Civil <br />Defense Auction on July 19, 1964. Carried. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, had 500 copies of 3 Ordinances printed, and had check& on various <br />metal file Cabintts for the Tillage use. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to purchase a metal cabinet from Sears for <br />about $25.00. Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Domning, that the Trailer Ordinance read 500 sad ft, or <br />2 4 of the total acreage be designated as a Park. Carried. <br />Notion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to transfer from General Fund $500.00 to the Coon <br />Rapids Bank, to pay bonds for Park.
