68 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes obi September 28, 1964 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Domffiing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clerk Hauer. <br />Minutes of the preceding were read and on a motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, the III <br />were accepted as read. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin asked the attorney shout the Rehbein Road rightway, and about the <br />throughfare maps and was told they would be ready at the next Planning Meeting. <br />Also the need of more snow fences. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have the attoreny check on and make the <br />Rehbbin Road a 661 rightway. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Domning, to buy enough snow fence to replace the old. <br />Carried. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports that the swing sets are installed at the Parks and were purchased' <br />by the Park Board. He asked that the pu*p be installed at the Rink. And asked about a <br />Stop sign at Ware Road and the County Line. He also stated the Bingo started the 15th of <br />Octoker at 8 :00 OM to 10:00 PM. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to accept the swing sets from the Park <br />Board. Carried. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reported on the Planning Board Meeting. Also that Floyd Miller <br />resigned from the Planning Board. <br />Motion by Domning, second by Heckenliable, that Irving Anderson, is to replace <br />Floyd Miller on the Planning Board. Carried. <br />Mr. Henridkson, applied for a Special Use Permit, for a Trailer Court. Attended <br />District #2 Meeting. <br />Motion by Downing, second by Heckenliable, to have another Budget Meeting. Carried. <br />Motion by Domning, second by Speiser, fo have two part time constables as police <br />officers also. Carried. <br />A diseussion of the municipal court system was held by Mr. Locher. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Domning, to put Plan A on the ballot for the omming <br />election. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to make a resolution to raise the salary of the <br />Council in an Ordinance #40, subject to the voters approval. Heckenliable No, <br />Carried. <br />Mr. gelling, attended 3 meeting's of the Spic and Span Committee, and discussed the <br />various meeting's. <br />Audit Bills: <br />2147 Robert Raymond Sonsta.bies salary and clothing allowance $ 75.00 <br />2148 Elwood West Constables salary and clothing allowance 75.00 <br />2149 Lena Billik Park supervision 25.00 <br />2150 Columbus Township Grading 405.00 <br />2151 Rosengren Trenching installing culvert 88.00 <br />2152 River Motors supplies 13.35 <br />2153 Albert Dupre building Inspector fees 97.92 <br />2154 Northwestern Bell Telephone Co.
