Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, sedond by Heckenliable, to adjourn meeting. Carried. <br />Clerk. <br />Minutes approved Octoberll, 1964 <br />Reeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on October 11, 1964 <br />$ 9.05U <br />1.38 <br />2.00 <br />3.25 <br />16.20 <br />6.75 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clekk Hauer. <br />Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heekenlia.ble, and a <br />second by Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. <br />Mrs. Loyola Thiligen, asked about some Village equipment, some questions about the <br />Village, also about the check for District #2. <br />A Meeting wes planned for District #2 with the 9 members participating. <br />Mr. Backlin, reports that they are waiting for Yorthen States Power to move poles then <br />they will proceed with the road work. Road West of Peltier Lake will have to be fixed. <br />Also are trying to move Road to be Straight and leave the present road for public <br />acess to the lake. He checked on Aqua Lane where Telephone Co. damaged the road and <br />asked the Attorney what could be done. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, for the Engineer to stake the road for gradding. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Domning, to have the Clek write a letter to the Telephone <br />Co. about restoring road to proper condition. Carried. <br />Mr. Hoffman, wants a street light on his property, but will have to install it himself. <br />Cheek on the light bill from the Catholic Church. <br />Mr. Speiser, ask about the pipe for the well. He reported that John Juleen, has <br />painted all the barrels for the parks. He stated that Bingo will be held on Thursday <br />night, also that they have the heater going at the park. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, asked about rezonning. Planning has a recommendation from Lawrence <br />and Tagg, for and Apartment Building. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Domning, to set a hearing for a Special Use Permit <br />for an Apartment Building on Monday October 26, 1964, and 7:30 PM. Carried. <br />Motion by Domning, second by Speiser, to accept bhe proposed budget for 1965. Carried. <br />Mr. Locher, explained the Municipal Court System and will know more about this at the <br />next meeting. <br />
