Gottwald reported receipt of an agreement from the St. Paul Water Works <br />concerning the right of way on a road requested several months ago by <br />Cecil LaMotte. He suggested that Mr. LaMotte should come in with his <br />plat and discuss this further with the Council. <br />Kenneth Bryant reported the purchase of a projector and a very inter- <br />esting film on the Alaskan earthquake of 1964 will be shown at the <br />meeting tomorrow night. He also requested approval for the Auxiliary <br />to purchase blouses and first aid kits which was granted. <br />Mr. Locher explained to Mr. Lehman that permission would be needed from <br />the adjacent landowners for the easement necessary in order to issue <br />a building permit. <br />Mr. Domning read a notice indicating a hearing will be held on Nov. 16 <br />pursuant to bus service from this area into St. Paul. <br />A radar class conducted by Bacon Equipment Company will be held on <br />Wednesday, November llth, which Robert Raymond will attend. Registra- <br />tion will be $2.00.
