All members present with Thomas Reardon representing <br />Bonhiver & Anfinson. <br />The audit was discussed with Mr. Reardon, after which Ross moved, and <br />Speiser seconded, that we accept the audit as presented. Motion <br />carried. During the discussion on the audit, it was also motioned by <br />Ross, with second by Backlin that we close out the bank account at <br />the Coon Rapids Bank. Motion carried. <br />The fire contract presented by Centerville was discussed, and Ross <br />moved we grant the $100 increase with the provision that the last <br />two sentences of Paragraph 4 be removed from the contract. The clerk <br />will contact Centerville Fire Department. Second to above motion by <br />Backlin, motion carried. <br />Motion by Domning, second by Speiser, thatlne approve the application <br />from Hank's Superette for a cigarette licenw. Motion carried. <br />Backlin moved, Ross seconded that we purchase a MF -35 Utility Massey <br />Ferguson tractor at a price of $1,970.00, and a backhoe and scoop <br />to fit the tractor at a price of $1,530.00.
