132 <br />During the discussion on the budget it was moved by Ross that $3,000 <br />be transferred out of Debt redemption fund plus $800 also to be returned <br />to Roads and Bridges fund from dept redemption to clear out temporary <br />transfers previously made. (See recommendation of Auditor, last para- <br />graph on page 14 and first paragraph on page 15 of the Final 1963 audit <br />report). Second was by Speiser, motion carried. <br />After completion of the audit, it was moved by Speiser that we accept <br />the budget as it has just been figured for 1966.
