All <br />councilmen ad clerk present. -. _ <br />The minutes of the last business meeting were read and corrected. <br />Domning motioned to accept the minutes as corrected. Second by <br />Bohjanen. Carried. <br />The minutes of the special meeting of Ja. 17, 1967 were read and <br />approved. Ross motioned to approve these minutes as read. Second <br />by Domning. Carried. <br />Mr. Waldemar Hill reported on the audit, saying he would make copies <br />of the financial report for the councilmen. <br />Cash balace, start of 1966 $23,486.04 <br />Receipts for 1966 67,663.02 <br />Disbursements for 1966 77,874.76 <br />End B&ance for year $13,374.30 <br />Mr. Hill recommended a transfer of funds to Road ad Bridges, or <br />combining all revenue funds into one, to avoid rehadling of monies. <br />The assessed valuation of Lino Lakes if $886,996.00. The mill rite <br />IIIfor 1967 taxes went down to 49.64 mills. The debt redemption started <br />with a balance of $4,764 and ended with a balance of $ 5,361.00. <br />Mr. Robert Martin of the Springsted Bond Consultants was introduced <br />by Mayor Domning. He reqested that we approve Springsted as Village <br />Consultats, after a promotional explanation of his companie's service. <br />Mayor Domning stated we should study our present system before caking <br />any move to acquire a professional bond company. <br />
