208 <br />informed the Council that construction would start within 45 days and completion <br />would be within one year. Mr. Barnicle answered several questions from the floor <br />and informed the council that the FAA approved' the tower and it would not inter- <br />fere with the Rice Lake Seaplane Base. Mr. Cardinal made a motion that the AT&T <br />be given a special use permit to construct a 165 foot tower and building with the <br />stipulation that construction be started within 90 days and completed within one <br />year.. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Minutes of the P&Z Commission were continued.. Mr. Cardinal asked Mr. Dupre <br />regarding a trailer permit and Mr. Dupre said he was going to extend this permit <br />for another 90 days. Mr. Dupre reported on some buildings which he red-tagged <br />near the Michaud property. Mr. L'Allier made a motion to table this and bring <br />it up at the next meeting. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />County Road 54 was discussed and Mr. Gotwald reported on his work with County and <br />State Engineers. Motion made by Mr. L'Allier that Mr. Gotwald and Village Clerk <br />get together and write the State Engineer stating the Lino Lakes Village Council <br />wished the project completed in line with the recommendations of the adjacent <br />property owners. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes pay $184.00 to equip <br />the new Assistant to the Constable. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Ross thanked the Review Board for their outstanding work. <br />Mr. Blaylock reported on the Circle Pines Utility Commission. <br />Mr. Ross stated he has received a few phone calls concerning the Centennial JC's <br />survey. Mr. Ross felt the code used by the JC's could identify the people who <br />filled out the survey. Mr. Bohjanen stated this was not intended. Mr. L'Allier <br />made a motion that Mr. Bohjanen invite someone from the JC's to come to the next <br />regular meeting to explain the codes used. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Dupre reported on wrecked cars in the Village. Mr. Ross said he would ask <br />the Constables to follow up. <br />Village Clerk Norman Miller reported that hews informed by Mr. Lind of AT &T <br />that residents in the Village of Lino Lakes should enjoy toll -free service by <br />this fall between 784 and 429 exchanges. <br />Mr.' Houle reported on the Forest Lake Hospital stating the mill rate was going <br />down to 3.87 for the year. Mr. Ross commended Mr. Houle on his good work on <br />this board and thanked him. <br />Bills were presented. Mr. Rosengren made motion to approve bills. Seconded <br />by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Mr. Rosengren to <br />adjourn at 10:00 PM. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal.
