Zti <br />Blaine also discussed Sanitary Sewers and asked if Lino Lakes would like to connect <br />or reserve space in the interceptor through their village. <br />A motion was made by Mr. L'Allier to turn this matter over to the Village Engineer <br />for his study and recommendation prior to Blaine's hearing and also in time for our <br />special meeting to be held on May 15th at 8:00 PM. Also Mr. Gotwald is to study <br />Blaine's request on the sanitary sewer usage by Lino Lakes adjacent to their village <br />and this to be presented to the Lino Lakes Council at the May 15th special meeting. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM. c %�� , <br />Minutes approved Meeting of May 21, 1967. Clerk. <br />The regular meeting of the Village of Lino Lakes was called to order on May 8th at <br />8:10 PM with all members present. <br />The minutes of the April 24th meeting were read. Motion made by Mr. Rosengren to <br />accept minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Letter from AT &T was read commending Lino -lakes on its prompt and courteous help in <br />their obtaining a special use permit. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated that a Park Board meeting would be held on May 22nd and everyone <br />was invited to attend. <br />Mr. L'Allier reported he received a complaint that people were dumping on Rolling <br />Hills Drive and 24th Ave. So. Mayor Ross assured the property ow ers in this area <br />that measures would be taken to eliminate this. <br />Mr. Rosengren reported that the State would be working on Linda St. to correct the <br />;:rater standing in that area. Mr. Rosengren said he would report on street lighting <br />at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported on the C&BDC meeting held in the Village Hall on May 3rd. He <br />also stated the C&BDC still felt that the corner of Hwys 8 and 242 should be used for <br />commercial property rather than for a park. The C&BDC felt that they still were not <br />satisfied with the Circle Pines mailing address and they will continue to check on <br />this. <br />Mr. Bohjanen stated that the VFW would present the Village of Lino Lakes a US flag <br />at its next meeting. <br />Mr. Cardinal had the P&Z meeting minutes read. The P&Z approved plats from Lee <br />Robinson and Fran Burque. <br />Motion made by Mr. Cardinal that the Council of Lino Lakes permit Lee Robinson to <br />develop his plat as approved by the P&Z Board and that this approval is given with <br />the provision that the plat is approved by the Village Engineer and that Mr. Robin- <br />son furnishes a topography map of the entire piece of ground. Also that Mr. Gotwald <br />will show his approval by letter to Mr. Robinson and the Village. Seconded by Mr. <br />Bohjanen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that Mr. Fran Burque be permitted to develop his plat as <br />approved by the P&Z Board and that this approval is given with the provision that <br />the plat is approved by the Village Engineer and that Mr. furnishes a <br />topography map of the entire piece of ground. Also that Mr. Gotwald will show his <br />approval by letter to Mr. Burque and the Village. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
