218 <br />Dick Sha of Blaine said possibly we could defer payment for as long as 10 years. <br />Mr. L'Allier felt that at this time Lino Lakes did not wish to put any set amount <br />of acres to drain into Blaine's system, however, in the future Lino Lakes may want not <br />to put from 0 to 14 acres in Blaine's system, but Lino Lakes did not wish to commit <br />ourselves at this time. <br />Mr. Sha and Mr. Listner of Blaine felt that this was what they wanted to hear from <br />the Village of Lino Lakes and they could now prepare for their hearing on this issue. <br />Sanitary sewers were discussed and upon the recommendation of Mr. Donald Carley Mr. <br />L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes request NSSSD to reserve 4.12 <br />CFS at Point "B" of their map for sanitary sewer use and in conjunction with Blaine <br />ask NSSSD to build their line to North Road and Sunset. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Gotwald was asked to check into Mrs. Michaud's request for a motion against <br />White Bear Lake draining their storm sewers into the Rice Lake chain and bring up <br />at the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made a motion that Mr. L'Allier be put on the Anoka County League of <br />Municipalities Board of Directors as representative from Lino Lakes. Seconded by <br />Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made a motion that the Village Treasurer be allowed to cash in $1500.00 <br />of CDs and put the money into the general fund. Also all of the money drawn out <br />should be put back into CDs as soon as our draw comes in July. Seconded by Mr. <br />Cardinal. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Dennis Houle, who is a 4H leader, asked through Mayor Ross if Lino Lakes <br />would be interested in having the 4H plant some trees in the parks next year. Mr. <br />L'Allier made a motion that the Village Clerk instruct Mrs. Houle tht we would <br />appreciate having the 4H plant trees in our park system and that a letter to this <br />effect be written to her and also express our thanks. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion made by Mr. Cardinal to adjourn at 10:0 <br />carried. <br />Minutes approved Meeting of Jim 22, 1967. 47001"- , / Clerk. <br />. Motion <br />Regular meeting of the Village of Lino Lakes was called to order at 8:00 PM May 22, <br />1967, with all members present. <br />The VFW of Circle -Lex Post 6583 presented a United States flag to the Village of <br />Lino Lakes. <br />Minutes of the May 8th special meeting and regular meeting were read. Motion made <br />by W. Rosengren to approve minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />It was announced by the Clerk that a Board of Review <br />at 7:30 PM June 27th to settle tax assessment proble <br />Park Board minutes were read. Mr. L'Allier spoke of <br />near the bridge and made a motion that Mr. Rosengren <br />County officials to erect signs against fishing from <br />bridge approach. Also to do the same for the bridge <br />Cardinal.
