Mr. Bohjanen made a motion that a public <br />hearing be set for July 19th at the next meeting of the P&Z Board and that Mr. Locher <br />notify Mr. Dupre to post the notices. Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion carried. <br />Motion made by Mr. Cardinal that Mr. Bill Blaylock be appointed liason between the Village <br />Council and North Central Public Service Co. Seconded by-Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Douglas Gene Ramsden appeared before the Council. Mr. L'Allier made a motion that a <br />Variance to Ord. No. 21 -A on: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest quarter of ,Section 17, <br />Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said NE 1 /4 -NW 1/4 of Section <br />1_':'; thence Last 00 00', assumed bearing, along the north line of said NE <br />1/4-NW 1/4, a distance of 232.6 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continuing East 0° 00', along said north line,;26.1 feet; thence South <br />0° 00', 300 feet; thence West 0° 00', 126.1 feet; thence North 0° 00', <br />300 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.9 acre, more or less, <br />and subject to Lilac Street along the north line and also subject to a <br />roadway easement over the east 10 feet thereof., <br />be granted to vir. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Blaylock gave a report on Circle Pines Utilities. <br />Mr. Ross reported on the new positions at the Treatment Center. <br />Mr. Juleen asked for a beer license for the July 3rd outing of the CD. Mr. Locher said <br />they must comply with ordinances. Mr. Rosengren made a motion that the CD's representative <br />be furnished a license if they meet the Village requirements. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Backlin reported on several buildings that need to be torn down. Mx. Bohjanen ndde a <br />motion that Mr. Dupre and Mr. Locher get together and have these buildings removed. <br />Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Rosengren made a motion that Mfr. Locher make up a form so that in the future local <br />licenses can be renewed from year to year rather than new applications be submitted each <br />year. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal.
