Gunderson <br />426 Robert Lundgren <br />$ 16.00 <br />24.00 <br />109.45 <br />The regular meeting of the Village of Lino Lakes was called to order at 8:00 PM July 24, <br />1967, with all members present. <br />Minutes for the July 24th meeting were read. Motion made by Mr. Rosengren to accept the <br />minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />Letter regarding Ken Bryant's dogh;bite and loss of his pants read. Motion made by Mr. <br />L'Allier,that the Clerk secure the name from Ken Bryant of the owner of dog and that the <br />Village secures reimbursement for the uniform and doctor bill. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Motion carried. <br />Minutes of the review board read and Mayor Ross asked that the review board and the Council <br />get together on July 26, 1967, at 8:00 PM. Motion to this effect made by Mr. L'Allier. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Clerk in the future pays the two part employees at <br />the same time that the police and Council get paid. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes approves the purchase of equip- <br />ment for the parks in the amount of $1,024.80. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes authorizes repairs to the roof <br />of the park building occupied by Mrs. Biliek and that bids be let to a resident of the <br />Village. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated he wanted it known that he would have voted for the repairs to Bald <br />Eagle Blvd. and Rolling Hills Drive if he had been present at the previous meeting. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes approves the installation of a <br />4" well and a one horse -power pump for approximately $1,000 at Sunrise Park. Seconded by <br />Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes sends a bill to the Forest Lake <br />School District for cutting the grass on Hwy 8 and Main Street, Mr. Rosengren to supply the <br />charges to Clerk. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Vote as follows: Mr. Bohjanen Nay- -rest of <br />Council Aye. <br />Mr. William Morrison asked to step forward to discuss his request for a dog kennel at <br />6297 Hodgson Road. It was stated that the P&Z had approved his application. Mr. Bohjanen <br />made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes approves his application for a special use <br />premit with the stipulation that he conforms to all ordinances and that if he did not he <br />would be in a position to lose it. Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion carried. <br />Motion made by Mr. Bohjanen that Mr. Morrison pays 5/12 of the $50.00 kennel fee for the <br />year 1967 and the full $50.00 for each year after January 1, 1968. Seconded by Mr. <br />L'Allier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated that work was nearly completed on Bald Eagle Blvd. and Rolling Hills <br />Drive. Mr. Macklin explained the useof a dust preventative on Bald Eagle Blvd. <br />
