This <br />matter was discussed at the June 1, 1992 Council Work Session and <br />it was the consensus of the Council to place the matter on the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion.
