1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Resolution No. 92 - 85 <br />Page -2- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That all new developments must be located within the Municipal <br />Urban Services Area (MUSA) as established by the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan, and <br />That all . new developments must be analyzed for their impact on <br />utility and street system costs both from the initial cost <br />standpoint and operation and maintenance, and <br />That a new development shall be allowed to proceed only if the <br />developer can demonstrate: <br />a). That the cost of utility and street extensions can be <br />covered by immediate assessment and, <br />b). That the cost of operation and maintenance of the system <br />will not exceed the normal costs as projected by the <br />water and sewer rate study. <br />c). That an upfront payment or series of payments by the <br />developer would offset any additional costs of <br />installation and /or future operation and maintenance. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of July, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />_, <br />ailyit G: Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />133 <br />
