Mayor Reinert did not arrive until <br />7:10 P.M. and Acting Mayor Neal conducted the meeting in his <br />absence. <br />ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA <br />Acting Mayor Neal asked that item 10E, Working Hours for <br />Contractors be added to the agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Bergeson asked if the part -time building official <br />is a part -time employee or a contracted worker. Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that he was a part -time contracted worker. His <br />benefits are paid by the program that has placed him with the <br />City. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion.
