1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 1992 <br />Resolution No. 92 - 110 Declaring Cost to be Assessed and <br />Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment for Reshanau Lake <br />Trunk Sewer Improvement - Council Member Elliott moved to adopt <br />this resolution. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 111 Calling a Public Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessment for Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer Improvement - Council <br />Member Bergeson moved to adopt this resolution. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 112 Declaring Cost to be Assessed and <br />Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment for Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South, Fourth Addition - Council Member Elliott moved to <br />adopt this resolution. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 113 Calling a Public Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessment for Reshanau Lake Estates South, Fourth Addition - <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt this resolution. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolutions Nos. 92 - 99 through 92 - 104 and Resolutions Nos. 92 <br />108 through 92 - 113 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 92 - 117 Restricting Parking on <br />Apollo Drive - The Apollo Drive improvement project is to be <br />constructed as a MSA improvement project. To adhere to MSA <br />standards, the parking must be restricted. This is accomplished <br />by City Council resolution. A resolution banning parking on both <br />sides of Apollo Drive from Sunset Road to Lilac Street has been <br />prepared. Mr. Powell, TKDA will let property owners in the area <br />know about the parking restrictions during the process of right - <br />of -way acquisition and construction. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 92 - 117. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 117 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 92 - 118 Restricting Parking on <br />County Road J - The County Road J improvement project is to be <br />constructed as a MSA improvement project. To adhere to MSA <br />standards, the parking must be restricted. This is accomplished <br />by City Council resolution. A resolution banning parking on <br />County Road J in Lino Lakes has been prepared.
