Bl OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(R -1) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (R -3) (LOT 43, APOLLO MEADOWS) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from Single Family Residential (R -1) to Medium <br />Density Residential (R -3), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City o.f.Lino Lakes, the following described real <br />estate: <br />Lot 43, Apollo Meadows <br />1I. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day <br />of September, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
