1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Council Member <br />Kuether <br />introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 115 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK- TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE <br />1992 PROPERTY TAXES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and <br />Chapter 402, Section 492.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk - Treasurer <br />has prepared a list of residents who have delinquent <br />sewer or delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1992 <br />property tax statements collectable in 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on August 14, <br />1992 to be delivered to the residents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL: <br />that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money <br />collectable in the year 1993 upon the following property in <br />said City of Lino Lakes: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br />PIN AMOUNT <br />Lawrence C. & G.
