1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 116 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK- TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT ROOT GRAFT BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1993 PROPERTY <br />TAXES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 900, Section 902.05, the <br />City Clerk - Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who <br />have delinquent Root Graft bills to be certified to the <br />Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1992 <br />property tax statements collectable in 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on August 21, <br />1992 to be delivered to the residents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL: <br />that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />hereby does levy the following sums of money collectable in <br />the year 1993 upon the following property in said City of Lino <br />Lakes: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br />Douglas W. & Debra A. <br />Lynch <br />6187 Laurene Avenue <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />7840 Knell. :Drive <br />L <br />Bradley A. & JoAnne <br />Hatlestad <br />971 Lois Lane <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />Lewis J.
