1 <br />1 <br />Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 117 <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON MSAP 210 - 115 -01 - APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City has planned the improvement of MSAP 210 - 115 -01 <br />(Apollo Drive) from Sunset Road to Lilac Street, and; <br />the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on <br />the improvement of this roadway and; <br />this improvement does not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the <br />proposed construction as a Municipal State aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of <br />MSAP 210 - 115 -01 (Apollo Drive) at all times. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of September, <br />1992. <br />/ j l t__4A <br />Marilyn <br />Vernon F.
