132 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APRIL 26, 1993 <br />Staff members present: City Engineer, Darrell Schneider; City <br />Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Consulting Planner, Bob Kirmis; Planning <br />Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Public Works Director, Don Volk; <br />City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />Changes to the Agenda: Mr. Schumacher explained that Mr. Dave <br />Miller is unable to attend this evening. He was to speak under <br />Open Mike.
