1 <br />1 <br />Council Member Kuether <br />Ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93- 06 <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE DELINEATION <br />OF WETLANDS IN PRELIMINARY PLAT DATA REQUIREMENTS. <br />Section 1. Section 1001.05 (2) is amended to add the <br />following: <br />(i) The delineation of all wetlands in accordance with <br />criteria established by the Army Corps of Engineers <br />and/or Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Such <br />wetland delineations shall be performed by a registered <br />land surveyor or engineer recognized as qualified by the <br />Army Corps of Engineers and/or Deparmtment of Natural <br />Resources. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage <br />and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed this 10th day of May 1993. <br />ATTEST r, <br />L <br />Vernon F.
