276 <br />Council Member <br />Kuether <br />introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 414 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE 1993 BITUMINOUS SURFACING IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the installation of the bituminous wearing course in subdivisions is delayed <br />until 80% of the Tots are built on, and <br />WHEREAS, several subdivisions have reached the point where 80% or more of the Tots <br />have been built on, and <br />WHEREAS, there are also park trails within the City which are in need of bituminous <br />surfacing, and <br />WHEREAS, it is cost effective to combine several smaller bituminous paving projects <br />into one larger project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of July, 19 <br />Vernon F.
