(Per State Statutes.) <br />No individual or committee or political fund shall make <br />contributions or expenditures to promote or defeat a ballot <br />question which, exceeds $300.00 in an election year or more than <br />$100.00 in a nonelection year. (Per State Statutes.) <br />City candidates cannot accept contributions from congressional, <br />statewide, or legislative campaigns and cannot transfer local <br />campaign funds to such campaigns.
