SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 11, 1993 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE September 11, 1993. <br />TIME STARTED 9:00 A.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 4:30 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Reinert, Neal, Kueth'er, Elliott, Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and <br />Recording Secretary, Joyce Lund. Mr. Larry Thompson of Public <br />Management Consultants was also present. <br />The purpose of the special meeting was to interview four (4) <br />candidates for the Lino Lakes Chief of Police position. <br />Mr. Thompson explained that the candidates will be interviewed in <br />ascending priority, however after the interviews the priority may <br />change. He explained that the questions for each candidate have <br />been arranged so that each Council Member will have a section. <br />Mayor Reinert said that each of the four (4) candidates are <br />qualified and the Council is looking at personality traits - and <br />asked the Council to remember those traits they did and did not <br />like during the interviews. <br />William A.
