Ordinance No. 93 - 12 <br />Page -2- <br />Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: Council Member Bergeson. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted. <br />
