COUNCIL MEETING <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />OCTOBER 11, 1993 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 88 - 93 Authorizing the City <br />Clerk -Treasurer to Certify Delinquent Water and Sewer Bills for <br />Collection with the 1994 Property Taxes - Each year a list of <br />property owners who are delinquent in paying their utility bills <br />two (2) or more quarters is prepared and sent to the City Council <br />for their review and authorization to certify to the property <br />taxes. <br />Property owners have been notified by mail twice and many have <br />responded to the letters and have made arrangements to pay their <br />delinquents bills prior to the October 15, 1993 deadline. All <br />were told that any portion of their delinquent bills remaining <br />unpaid on October 15, 1993 will be certified to Anoka County. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adopt Resolution No. 88 - 93 <br />Authorizing the City Clerk -Treasurer to Certify Delinquent Water <br />and Sewer Bills for Collection with the 1994 Property Taxes. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 88 - 93 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adjourn at 8:51 P.M.
