2 4! <br />Council Member <br />Elliott <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 93 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK - TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE <br />1993 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 1994 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and <br />Chapter 402, Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer <br />has prepared a list of residents who have delinquent <br />sewer or delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1993 <br />property tax statements collectable in 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on August 16, <br />1993 and September 27, 1993 to be delivered to the <br />residents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL: <br />that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money <br />collectable in the year 1994 upon the following property in <br />said City of Lino Lakes: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br />PIN AMOUNT <br />Mark V. & Florence M.
