Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Council Member Elliott seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Recognition of Friends of the Parks Foundation Donations, Update <br />Regarding Friends of the Parks Foundation - Mr. Asleson <br />introduced Ms. Jacquelyne Farm, a member of the Park Board. He <br />noted that the Foundation is a 509A3 non-profit support <br />organization started by Lino Lakes resident and Park Board Member <br />37 <br />
