ABSENT <br />December 20 1993 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />6:46 P.M. <br />Reinert, Neal, Elliott, Bergeson <br />Kuether <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher; <br />Parks Director, Marty Asleson and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />Setting the Agenda: The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />submitted. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ITEM <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />December 20, 1993 <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under open mike. <br />PARK BOARD REPORT, MARTY ASLESON <br />DISPOSITION <br />Approved <br />Set Public Hearing for Comprehensive Park Plan Amendment at the <br />Park Board for February 7, 1994, 6:30 P.M. - Council Member Neal <br />moved to set the public hearing. Council Member Elliott seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Recognition of Friends of the Parks Foundation Donations, Update <br />Regarding Friends of the Parks Foundation - Mr. Asleson <br />introduced Ms. Jacquelyne Farm, a member of the Park Board. He <br />noted that the Foundation is a 509A3 non-profit support <br />organization started by Lino Lakes resident and Park Board Member <br />37 <br />
