That the Lino Lakes City Council recognizes the authority <br />of the Hospital Board to, in its sole description and <br />consistent with the Mission Statement of the Hospital, <br />determine the details of the lease, sale or other <br />agreement which is prepared to convey all or a portion of <br />the Hospital District's assets. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of March, <br />1994. <br />Vernon F.
