(c) The sample ballot shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to the election, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 205.16, subdivision 2. (d) The sample ballot will be made available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at least two weeks prior to the election and will be posted in the polling place on election day, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 205.16, subdivision 3. 4. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and the polling places for the election will be the following: Lino Lakes Senior Center, 1189 Main Street in the City Centennial Fire Station #2, 7741 Lake Drive in the City Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street in the City Lino Lakes City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway in the City Rice Creek Covenant Church, 125 Ash Street in the City Living Water Lutheran Church, 865 Birch Street in the City Rice Lake Elementary School, 575 Birch Street in the City 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to prepare the ballot in substantially the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and in accordance with all requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 205.17. 6. The City Council shall meet in the City Hall on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. to canvass the results of the election and to declare the results thereof. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, on this 11th day of August, 2014.
