LINO LAKES SITE OPTION MAP Site 1: 12th Avenue & Birch Street Site 2: 1300 Block and Birch Street Site 3: Centerville Road & Birch Street Lino Lakes Fire House #2 Site Option Location Map The map above shows the three sites that were identified by city staff for consideration as potential properties for the proposed Fire House #2 facility. These sites are within the area identified in the previous fire operations analysis prepared by Springsted Incorporated, this area being Birch Street from the double curve on the west to Centerville Road on the east. Sites 1 and 2 are grouped relatively close to each other near the west side of the proposed region while Site 3 is at the east end of the target area. The 12th Avenue & Birch Street site (Site 1) is a 35.4 gross acre privately owned site on the south side of Birch Street and west of 12th Avenue. This property is currently posted as being for sale. The 1300 Block & Birch Street site (Site 2) is a 38.23 gross acre site currently owned by Independent School District #12. The school district previously purchased this site for a future school campus but ultimately determined that this was not the best site for their use and did not proceed to develop the site. This site is on the north side of Birch Street extending from White Oak Road on the west and east of the cul-de-sac on Pheasant Hills Drive. The Centerville Road & Birch Street site (Site 3) is an 18.2 gross acre northern portion of the property owned by the City of Lino Lakes at the southeast quadrant of Centerville Road and Birch Street. Attached to this site is an additional 38.9 gross acres of city property on the south side of the electrical power line that cuts diagonally through the property.
