CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-91 <br />Approving Tobacco Licenses for Lakes 1 Stop for the 2014/2015 Licensing Period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve new tobacco licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified <br />that licensing requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the police department has completed the required background <br />investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the tobacco licenses for Lakes 1 Stop. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of August 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />and <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
