1 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 27, 1994 <br />federal tax credits received from the MHFA and other factors. <br />Council Member Kuether expressed concern that Lino Lakes citizens <br />will not qualify or be able to afford the rent. Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that there are still many aspects of the project to be <br />finalized and the City Council will have input into the amount of <br />rent that will be charged. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adjourn at 7:28 P.M.
