4. No houseboat shall be used as a permanent residence and further, that utilities <br />including sanitary sewer, water, electricity, and phone shall not be extended to the houseboat. <br />(e) Ice Fishing Houses. Ice fishing houses stored on parcels of land during summer <br />months shall be considered an accessory building. All ice fishing houses stored on site shall be <br />licensed in accordance with State law. <br />(f) Docks and Boat Launches. Private docks and boat launches may be stored upon <br />riparian lots provided such structures lie upon the same lot as the principal structure to which <br />they serve. <br />(g) Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the sale of agricultural <br />products shall be permitted if: <br />use; and <br />1. They are located in a zoning district which makes a specific allowance for such <br />2. They are located upon the lot on which the produce is grown. <br />3. They are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from the nearest edge of the <br />roadway surface; and <br />4. Adequate parking space is provided off the road right-of-way and safe vehicular <br />access and movements are assured. <br />(h) Domestic Animal Shelters. Structures dedicated to the housing of domestic animals <br />are considered accessory structures for the purpose of applying this Chapter and shall comply <br />with the following standards: <br />1. The keeping of animals is allowed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter <br />503. <br />2. If all Animal Shelters on a property do not exceed a total of 64 square feet in <br />area, then they shall not be counted towards the maximum number and size of accessory <br />buildings. <br />3. Animal shelters are limited to a maximum of 60 inches in overall height. If a <br />shelter exceeds 60 inches in height, it is not allowed the exception to accessory building number <br />and size in paragraph 2. <br />(i) Rural and Residential Zoning District Accessory Buildings.
