e. No metal sheet/panel siding with vertical orientation except upon tool sheds <br />less than one hundred fifty (150) square feet in area. Metal horizontal lap siding is acceptable. <br />f. Fabric or vinyl canopy structures acceptable. <br />g. Roof and exterior color and material compatible with home (except <br />manufactured tool shed). <br />h. Lots that have shared ownership/membership in the Lino Airpark may have a <br />three thousand two hundred (3,200) square foot accessory building as an airplane hangar <br />provided that: <br />i. The hangar be earth tone in color. <br />ii. The hangar conform to Building Code standards for hangar use. <br />iii. The hangar location has direct taxiway access to the Lino Airpark runway. <br />(j) Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts. The following establishes the <br />maximum number, size, and height of accessory buildings allowed in the commercial and <br />industrial zoning districts: <br />1. Only one (1) accessory building shall be allowed not to exceed four hundred <br />(400) square feet except when intended for storage of buses. <br />2. Building setbacks shall not exceed base district requirement. <br />3. Building height shall be limited to twelve (12) feet maximum except when <br />intended for storage of buses per § 1007.043 (2)(b)2. of this Ordinance. <br />4. Metal buildings and pole barns are prohibited. <br />5. Roof and exterior color and material shall be compatible with the principal <br />structure. <br />6. Accessory buildings on commercial/industrial sites shall be limited to typical <br />accessory storage uses, no auxiliary commercial/ industrial use shall be allowed within an <br />accessory storage building. <br />7. Site and building plan review shall not be required for accessory building <br />construction as an accessory building that meets the requirements listed herein shall be <br />considered a minor project for the purposes of § 1007.019 (1) of this Ordinance. <br />8. Accessory buildings shall not be located within an easement. <br />3-23 <br />
