f. Grading Permit Fee of $150. <br />5. The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Building <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. An electronic PDF of the final approved plans. <br />c. Building Permit application and fee as determined by the Building <br />Official. <br />6. Final Plat <br />a. A Consent to Plat shall be required by Coulee Bank and recorded. <br />b. Access Control along CSAH 23 shall be dedicated to Anoka County. <br />c. The Final Plat shall be printed to scale. <br />7. Sheet C8, Tree Preservation Plan: <br />a. Add note, "All trees proposed for removal are located in the non -ESA <br />Basic Use Area. No tree mitigation required." <br />8.
