The Developer Plans are "White Pine Senor Living 700A & 700B 77th Street W" <br />dated October 14, 2014 prepared by River Valley Architects and CEI Engineering <br />Associates and received by the City on October 15, 2014: <br />a. Sheet CO, Cover <br />b. Sheet Cl, Demolition <br />c. Sheet C2, Site Plan <br />d. Sheet C3, Grading Plan <br />e. Sheet C4, Utility Plan <br />f. Sheet C5, Erosion Control <br />g. Sheet C6, Erosion Control Notes <br />h. Sheet C7, Landscape Plan <br />i. Sheet C8, Tree Preservation Plan <br />j. Sheet C9-11, Detail Sheet 1-3 <br />c. The Developer Plans shall be approved by the City. The Developer shall secure a <br />contractor to install these improvements, which contractor shall be approved by <br />the City in its absolute discretion. All Developer Improvements shall require City <br />inspection and approval and, where appropriate, the approval of any other <br />governmental agency having jurisdiction. The Developer shall construct and <br />install at the Developer's expense the improvements according to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br />i. Erosion Control Construction & Maintenance <br />a. Prior to the commencement of construction the Developer shall <br />schedule a preconstruction meeting with the contractor, developer <br />and city, and submit an erosion control plan. <br />b. The Developer shall obtain an NPDES Stormwater Permit prior to <br />construction. All terms and conditions of the NPDES permit must <br />be adhered to by the Developer throughout the duration of <br />construction of the Subdivision from start to finish. <br />c. The Developer shall install four (4) inches of topsoil on all <br />boulevards and seed or sod as approved by the City. <br />page 2 <br />
