Review Regular Council Agenda of November 24, 2014 — <br />3A) Hiring of Public Services — Park Maintenance Position- City Administrator <br />Karlson explained the staff recommendation to hire Mr. Donald Jensen based on his <br />experience and ranking. <br />3B 2015 Fee Schedule — After a brief explanation of the schedule, the council <br />discussed the possibility of publishing the entire fee schedule for public visibility. Based <br />on the availability of the fees on the city Web site and larger cost of newspaper <br />publishing, the council elected to publish the summary. <br />6A) Lino Lakes Development aka White Pine Senior Living — City Planner Larsen <br />reviewed the proposed development. Staff is requesting approval of a development <br />contract and final plat. The council reviewed the development at their last meeting. <br />Mayor Reinert expressed some concern about the density in the development. Staff <br />offered information on how the site is guided under the city's comp plan. <br />6C) Professional Services Contract with WSB for Birch/Centerville Road Street <br />and Utility Improvements- Community Development Director Grochala explained that <br />this is part of the development of the area. With sewer and street improvements in the <br />area, engineering design services are needed and this contract would engage WSB for the <br />work. <br />6D) Special Assessment for Individual Utility Connection- City Engineer Hankee <br />noted that the city received a utility connection request from an individual property owner <br />at 6498 12th Av S. This action provides for assessment of the cost of that improvement. <br />1 <br />
