In addition to <br />organizational compliance documents, ACFPC shall file all required employer reports to <br />agencies such as the Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Fund, the Minnesota Dept. of <br />Revenue, the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, the Minnesota Secretary of State, the <br />Social Security Administration, and provide employee tax documents by the required <br />deadlines. <br />Section 9. Publication and Media. <br />A. WEBSITE: ACFPC's official website shall be maintained monthly or as often as deemed <br />necessary by the Joint Powers Board. The webmaster shall coordinate with the Joint <br />Powers Board with regard to website content. ACFPC will be responsible for paying all <br />costs associated with the domain name, hosting, SEO, and other related expenses related <br />to maintaining ACFPC's official URL. <br />B. NEWSPAPERS AND PRESS: ACFPC shall always portray the organization and its <br />Directors, Officers, members, employees, independent contractors, and other agents in <br />the most positive nature possible. When internal and/or external crises arise, public <br />relations matters may require rapid advice from an attorney or PR professional. <br />Section 10. Affiliations. ACFPC may maintain professional affiliations that benefit and <br />strengthen the organization in its capacity to fulfill its mission. <br />Section 11. <br />procedures: <br />Policies and Procedures. Amending the Joint Powers Agreement and Bylaws. ACFPC shall have the <br />power to amend the Joint Powers Agreement and these Bylaws. Pursuant to the Joint Powers <br />Agreement, amendments to the Joint Powers Agreement may be amended when the Members <br />agree, by resolution of both the Fire Chief Directors and the Elected Official Directors. Notice <br />of any proposed amendment shall be provided to all participating Members at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to the effective date of the proposed amendment.
