310 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11 — 94 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES A <br />CERTAIN LOT AS DESCRIBED BELOW TO UDOR U.S.A., INC. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />The real property legally described below is owned by the City of <br />Lino Lakes (the "City"). The City Council of the City has <br />determined that the property is no longer needed by the City for <br />any public purpose. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Commencing at a point on the west line, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 17, <br />T31, R22W, which is the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Lino <br />Industrial Park, thence North 0 degrees, 02 minutes 36 seconds West <br />along said west line, NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 17, T31, R22W, a <br />distance of 13.6 feet more or less to the southeasterly right-of- <br />way of Apollo Drive, which is the actual point of beginning of the <br />parcel to be described, thence South 52 degrees, 02 minutes 08 <br />seconds West a distance of 250.0 feet, along the southeasterly <br />right-of-way of Apollo Drive, thence South 52 degrees 02 minutes 08 <br />seconds East a distance of 330.0 feet, more or less, to the <br />northwesterly right-of-way of Interstate Highway 35W, thence <br />northeasterly along the said northwesterly right-of-way of <br />Interstate Highway 35W a distance of 38.0 feet, more or less, to a <br />point on the west line, NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Sec. 17, T31, R22W, thence <br />North 0 degrees, 02 minutes 36 seconds West along said west line, <br />NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Sec. 17, T31, R22W, a distance of 389.0 feet, more <br />or less to the actual point of beginning and there terminating. <br />II. <br />The City Council of the City authorizes sale of the property to <br />UDOR U.S.A., Inc. for $39,000.00. The Mayor and City Clerk - <br />Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute such deed <br />and other documents as may be necessary in order to sell the <br />property. Proceeds from the sale of the property shall be used in <br />accordance with the requirements of the City Charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 <br />days following its passage and publication, in accordance with <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
