• 316 <br />Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 — 44 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE WATER USER RATES AND SEWER USER CHARGES <br />WHEREAS: The Lino Lakes City Code, Section 400, Subdivision 401.26 <br />and Section 402, Subdivision 401.12 previously <br />established water user rates and sewer user rates, and <br />WHEREAS: The Lino Lakes City Code, Section 400, Subdivision 401.26 <br />and Section 402, Subdivision 402.14 now requires the City <br />Council to determine by resolution the water user rates <br />and sewer user rates. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Effective July 1, 1994, the following rates will be effective: <br />Water Rate $1.47 per 1,000 Gallons <br />Water User Fee $24.00 per REU* <br />Sewer Rate - Residential $44.00 per Quarter <br />Sewer Rate - Commercial & Industrial $2.10 per 1,000 Gallons <br />$44.00 per Quarter Min. <br />2. Effective January 1, 199 <br />effective: <br />Water Rate <br />Water Users Fee <br />Sewer Rate - Residential <br />Sewer Rate - Commercial & <br />5, the following rates will be <br />Industrial <br />$1.55 per 1,000 Gallons <br />$25.00 per REU* <br />$46.00 per Quarter <br />$2.20 per 1,000 Gallons <br />$46.00 per Quarter Min. <br />3. Effective January 1, 1996, the following rate will be <br />effective: <br />Water Rate $1.63 per 1,000 Gallons <br />Water Users Fee $26.00 per REU* <br />Sewer Rate - Residential $48.00 per Quarter <br />Sewer Rate - Commercial & Industrial $2.30 per 1,000 Gallons <br />$48.00 per Quarter Min. <br />* REU = a residential equivalent connection: <br />1.
