Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 135 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, AND THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AT TRUNK HIGHWAY <br />49, COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 10 AND COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY <br />23 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN <br />SAID AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Traffic Control Agreement No. 73845 is <br />consistent with the cost sharing formulas outlined in Resolution No. <br />92-57 previously approved by the City Council, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City of Lino Lakes City Council approves the Minnesota <br />Transportation Department Traffic Control Signal Agreement No. 73845 <br />and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said Agreement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of October, 19 <br />Vernon F.
