COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 23, 1995 <br />Two (2) lots facing Ware Road will not be developed at this time. There is some <br />uncertainty as to where the Metropolitan lift station facility will be constructed. These <br />two (2) lots will be held and no assessment certified to them until it is know where the lift <br />station will be constructed. <br />There were no questions or comments regarding this assessment from the City Council or <br />the audience. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to close the public hearing at 7:44 P.M. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion.
