This action was necessary, because at a July <br />1995 meeting' with tho doveloVe| at my home, you had discouraged the other property <br />owners from haviny an opportunity to receive a fence themselves. <br />In recent conversations with them (as late as yesterday afternoon), they did not <br />receive any.such letter yet.
