Council Member Bergeson introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 12 - 94 <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE LINO LAKES ZONING ORDINANCE B1, REDUCING <br />VARIOUS LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br />AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Section 6, Subd. 17. (2) (Light Industrial <br />District) of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(2) Lot and Yard Requirements <br />(A) Minimum District Size: <br />(B) Minimum Lot Size: <br />(C) Minimum Lot Width: <br />Three (3) acres. <br />One (1) acre. <br />One hundred (100) feet. <br />(i) From Streets: <br />A. Residential Street: Ten (10) feet. <br />B. Collector or Arterial Street: Fifty (50) <br />feet. <br />(ii) Front Yard: Fifty (50) feet. <br />(iii)Rear Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Fifteen (15) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet. <br />(iv) Side Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet, <br />except for the purpose of a shared access <br />on the property line of two adjoining lots <br />approved by the City. <br />(v) From Residential District: Seventy-five (75) <br />feet. <br />Section 2. Section 6, Subd. 18.
