1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1994 <br />121 <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; City <br />Engineer, Darrell Schneider; Consulting City Engineer, John <br />Powell; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Building Official, <br />Peter Kluegel; Chief of Police, David Pecchia; City <br />Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />Setting the Agenda <br />Agenda Item No. 10, Consideration of Resolution No. 94 - 71 <br />Authorizing Sale of General Obligation Improvement Bonds, was <br />moved forward to be discussed after Item No. 3, Consideration of <br />Disbursements. <br />Agenda Item No. 14C, Consideration of a Block Party Request was <br />added to the agenda. <br />Agenda Item No. 4A, SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 15 - 94, <br />Rezoning a Portion of Behm's Century Farms from Rural (R) to <br />Single Family Residential (R-1) was delayed until the September <br />26, 1994 Council meeting because only three (3) Council members <br />were present. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />August 8, 1994 - Council Member Elliott moved to approve the <br />minutes as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
